WATER, BEACH & ROCKS PAINTINGS

I like rocks. I paint them, I have them in my house, I wear them, I photograph them. My son and I even made a beach-combed “rock alphabet” which remains one of my most precious objects. And I always like the landscapes in which stones are contained, so maybe that’s the fascination. Rocks present complexity since they are never just one shape or color. Stones precede us and hold much memory, and stones survive us.
